Briarfield Plaza is a neighborhood centre located at 286 Bunting Road and Welland Avenue in St. Catharines, ON. The existing centre is anchored by Fresh-co and Shoppers Drug Mart. Other major tenants in the centre include Party City, Dollar Tree, Mark's Work Pro and Pet Valu along with several local retail and restaurant tenants including Ricki Jo's, Stacked Pancake, Popeye's, Burrito Guyz and Pete's Pizza. A new 5,000 sq. ft. building on the site will be complete by the end of November 2025. A 788 sq. ft. unit is still available in the new building. The centre is shadow anchored by Wal-Mart with many other commercial uses in the area along with large residential and workday populations.
